* Until 10:30 pm: first go to the Mandarina Hotel (218 Rte d'Arlon, 8010 Strassen) (3 km) to pick up your key (magnetic badge) and arrival guide.
* After 10:30pm: you'll receive a PDF guide and a link to the Just-IN mobile application, which turns your phone into a digital key, by e-mail and/or WhatsApp. The badge or app opens the main door, elevator, garage and your apartment.

Check-out before 11am

Is there a parking lot?

Yes, the residence has a private, secure garage.

/ Dedicated covered parking space per apartment (standard vehicle size). Information about the dedicated space in the garage will be sent by whatsapp or email.
/ If several vehicles, free parking is available in the neighboring streets: Val Fleuri, Michel Engels, Nicolas Petit; with pedestrian access to the residence.
/ After check-out, you can leave your vehicle in the Mandarina parking lot and take the bus into town (free transport in the Grand Duchy).

Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?

Unfortunately not. There are no charging stations on site.

Nearest charging points: Route d'Arlon service station (500 m), Décathlon parking lot and La Belle Étoile shopping center.

How do I get to the apartment?

Two options depending on arrival time:

/ Up to 10:30pm via Mandarina Hotel reception (3 km): check-in on site to collect your access badge.
/ After 10:30pm: an access link to the JustIN mobile app + a PDF guide will be sent to you (digital key) by email and/or whatsapp.

The badge (or app) opens the residence door, elevator, garage, apartment and laundry room.

How to adjust heating, shutters and lighting?

A central home automation touchscreen (at the entrance to the apartment) manages :

/ Temperature (underfloor heating adjustable up to 23°C).
/ Opening/closing shutters.
/ Switches for lamps and lights throughout the apartment.

Is there air conditioning?

The apartments do not have air conditioning, but the bay windows are fitted with electric blinds to keep them cool in summer.

How do I get to the residence by public transport?

From the airport: bus 16 (Wandmillen stop) - approx. 35 min, direct.
From the station: bus 11 or 16, same stop, 20 min.

The ‘Wandmillen’ stop is a 2-minute walk from the entrance.

From Place de l'Étoile (city centre), 10 min on foot.

NB: public transport is free in Luxembourg.
