🏠 How to go to your apartment?

The entrance to Building 100 is on your left as you enter the courtyard of the Renaissance residence. See point B1-100 on the map below.

You can access the apartment from the underground parking lot or via the exterior entrance door.

⚠️ Please note: the buildings are not connected to each other—be sure to use the entrance corresponding to your building (100).

🚗 Parking

Access to the parking garage is via your magnetic badge/digital key:

• The sensor is located to the right of the garage door.
• The same badge allows you to open the gate, access the residence, and open your apartment door.

Your parking space is No. 33, located on level -2 of the garage.

Then go to the red point on the map to access and enter building 100, where your apartment is located. 

If you leave the parking lot, you can also reach your apartment through the entrance door on the left as you enter the residence courtyard.

Then take the elevator to the 1st floor, where your apartment is located. The apartment number is displayed on the front door and on the doorbell.

Use your magnetic card (or digital key) to open the door to your apartment by scanning it on the box below, located right next to the entrance door.

🧺 Shared Laundry

A shared laundry room is available in the residence, in the basement.

From Building 100, go down to level -2, exit the “LIFT Level -2” room, and go to the laundry room marked with a star on the diagram below.

🧼 The machines reserved for Halternative have a “HALTERNATIVE” sticker on them.

Please only use these machines (the others belong to private owners).
A fine of €150 may be applied if you use an unauthorized machine.

🗑️ Trash room

A trash room is available for residents.

It is located in the residence parking lot on level -2, directly across from your parking space.

💡 Lights & Shutters

Each room has a wall-mounted home automation panel for controlling the lights and roller shutters.

👉 Slide from right to left to switch from “Lights” mode to “Shutters” mode.
⚠️ The apartments are not air-conditioned; the control displayed on the screen only controls the underfloor heating (max. temperature 22–23°C).

📶 Wi-Fi

The network name is displayed inside the apartment, specifically under the TV box in the living room.

🧽 Cleaning and linen

• Final cleaning is included in your reservation.
• Cleaning during your stay (bed linen change) can be requested for €100.
• A linen change only (towels and sheets) is available for €40 on request.

Basic cleaning products (broom, mop, dish towels, dishwasher tablets, etc.) are provided in the accommodation.

🕓 Check-out

Check-out must take place by 11 a.m. at the latest.

Please:

• Empty the refrigerator and dishwasher.
• Take out the trash.
• Let the key on the table
